Sounds risky? T5 two wound things with a 3+ cover save when I turbo boost? I would say that its quite strong defensive wise. I can take out 4 Transports a turn in shooting.

I was posting too see how people react and hopefully find someone who's played it. Wazdakka is T6 and as tough as a Carnifex. My main worry is Poison. DE and Tyranid TS would be anoying but I figure the dakkaguns might just work. That and Im faster than them.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
They also have a sum total of 87 wounds. Another worry is that the current ML spam climate hopefully my Turbo boosting will save me that and the Lootas and Dakkaguns taking out said ML.

Boomgun is for Anti MEQ.

I run a 9 man bike squad with a nob w/ pk almost every game and I often run wazdakka.

These guys end up being my mvp's more often then not. I think this list could kick some serious arse.

Personally I would drop the last squad and the wagon to bring in some nob bikers to take out any tougher units.

Wazdakka can do that himself. Boomgun chews up MEQs. The PKs can wreck Terminators. Im not too keen on Non bikers. Yes they wreck everything but they just get all the firepower directed at them.
Its not like they better at defense unless you get FNP. They have the same wounds and are way more costly. I will stick with the current format thanks.

I do think that if someone is taking terminators then I can kill them with ease with the amount of attacks. Dual LC ones worry be as do Deathwing but Max amount I will is 25 Terminators and They're going too be slower and I will just pummel the 27 shots a squad into them. Around 9 will hit and 6 wound. At least one will die from each squad and If their fire power ones I will wreck them In assault and If Dual LC I will kill them from range.

So any other things that may bring this list down?

The only models in your Army that are multi-wound would be the 2 PK Nobz and Wazzdaka.

I Love the mobility of bikes and the firepower they are able to bring, but personally I would much rather have a unit of Nobz on Bikes along with a warboss. A Nob unit will cost more but will be able to get more done, and will still count as a scoring unit. All the nob bikers can be outfitted with different gear so they can take advantage of wound allocation, and then take a Painboy for FNP.

Now you have a T5, Diversified Mufti-wound unit with FNP that counts as a scoring unit and still gets the 3+ CS from turbo boosting. Not to mention you can get in extra PKs or BCs if you need to.

Then my Codex is screwed. The bit at the back says they've got two and the massive writing section says one.

The FAQ addresses a misprint with warbikers but is to give the Nob 2 wounds, it is listed as 1 in the back of the book. I just checked my codex and all the Warbiker entries are correct. They do have an initiative of 2, maybe you swapped the two.

No really no. I find it insulting that you think Im looking at the Int value.

Anyway of that subject what do you think of the list.

Well I'd personally use 5 lootas not 6 and use the spare 30 points to get the other nob a Bosspole and ard case on the wagon. and perhaps 2 more shootas...
mostly when I use looted wagons I only put boomgun on them since it is ordnance, but then again having more weapons can prolong the time it spends on the table...

It can also reduce it's table time by making it a bigger target?

Curb stomping in the Eye of Terror!

I'd knock down the loota squads to 5 man per...

Then get rid of the boomgun tank and replace them with 3 single deffkoptas with buzzsaw and TL-rokkits.

That way, with lootas, wazzie and deffkoptas you can handle most tanks and have your biker boyz focus on infantry.

My apologies, By no means was I trying to insult you.

As for the list. I think the last couple posters have got some great ideas. I think the addition of the Deffkoptas over the looted wagon would fit in well with the theme of the list and provide you with some solid anti-tank. Not to mention the Turbo-boost scout move can be nasty if you get first go.

True. But Anti-MEQ is essential. Hence boomgun.

Wouldn't the shear amount of shots you are going to be throwing down with the TL Dakka Guns be enough to mow down power armor, Arm saves or not? Each 9 bike unit will be throwing down 27 str. 5 shots per unit per turn, and rerolling misses.

Only 9 on average hit so three die per squads fire output. That and with DSing its perfect because they land In.a circle.

its also the only vehicle on the table, and has a HUGE target painted on it- everbodies anti tank weapons are going to point right at it. Its also go a low armor value and no KFF protection... I think you'd be better off with some koptas. That at least sticks with your no tanks theme, and helps makes enemy anti tank useless.

. 15 on average hit you Forgot rerolls from being twin linked.

Also as the previous poster mentioned nobs are more survivable die to being 2 wounds a piece.

Also, that looted wagon doesn't have much of a chance of lasting a turn.

What if you dropped the boomgun wagon and one squad of bikers (the one lacking the boss pole) and take a good solid squad of nob bikers?

Pack a couple claws and a pain boy, spread out the wounds, and you have anti-MEQ with sheer number of attacks. Plus, this makes it so you have no armour, and your opponents anti-tank weapons are wasted on your troops with moving cover saves.

I think it will be a fun list to play, you will be able to really stay mobile and bring some solid firepower. Also with your decision to add the nobs you will have a serious threat to pretty much anything your opponent brings to the table.

I would love to give one of these armies a spin, I just don't have an extra $500 lying around to buy all those extra bikes

I would agree with that money statement. I still think a Biker lists will be more than fun. They will be competitive also. I mean if everything fires I can kill 7 Terminators since I forgot too factor in the Invun Sv.

Against other Hordes being able too kill around 42 Orks and 52 GEQs a turn means this list is no slouch. I can also take out around 3 tanks a turn. Since when Wazdakka turbo boosts he can still fire his gun. Lucky me.

Anything that would help? I can get around 3 Pens a turn against AV11.

It could be good to invest in rokkit buggies so that your tank busting isn't totally relying on cc.

Lootas? Wazdakka? The list can take out transport and If a face a LR its a sixth.of there points with another sixth and I can take both out.

I only worry about Dual LC LR. But If I sacrifice one squad thats already taken a beating I can pop the tank and kill the insides.

Anyway I dont see a Str 8 rokkit buggy adding much all the anti tank will kill them.

Your lootas can't do anything against AV13, rokkits can. I would not rely on wazzdakka to pop 13. 4 str 8 shots are cool, but BS 2 is not. But if you really don't want buggies, then buzzkoptas are always good. They are also jetbikes, so it falls into the whole bike thing.
