I'll post here, and have it represent my opinion on all your Phoenix Lords.

Technically the painting is superb, really nice and clean and rich in contrast, choice of colours harmonizes very well.

Creatively it's just a boring rehash of what we have in the Codex, nothing new or imaginative or creative done to the paintjob/models, not even some freehands on the helmets (wich lend themselves insanely well in the case of Fuegan and Asurmen).


Overall, technique merits an 8 out of 10,
coolness(creativity) only warrants a 5 out of 10 imho.

The blending on the Helm looks great !! . . always nice to see some painted up PLords ...

Tough crowd. Looks lovely but lacks 'wow' factor.
