As the title says. Just give reasons and your opinion My personal favourite is the VeilTek. A S8 AP1 is great, even though it wounds vs Ld. The fact that you can DS it in close with a bunch of S5 rapid fire 3+ Sv guys just makes it better

Harbingers of the Storm! Dat Voltaic Staff has eaten Dreads and Land Raiders alike. Then you've got extra S8 hits on close-range DSing and when you get assaulted. Love these guys!

Skoffs's Cryptek/Harbinger Report Card:
Generic Cryptek = D-
Harbinger of Destruction = A+
Harbinger of Transmogrification = A-
Harbinger of the Storm = C-
Harbinger of Eternity = C
Harbinger of Despair = B-
Mind you, those grades change depending on what else your army is running.

Storm at C- and Eternity at C? Storm is B at worst, and Eternity is B- at worst...
Voltaic Staff is just a beast at taking out vehicles. Unlike the flaccid magic of the Destruction harbingers, with assault 4 you will ACTUALLY HIT when you use the Storm - and on any vehicle you will often at least glance, giving you at worst a turn to try again. The lightning field is a nice little bonus that gives you another way to help not get entirely decimated in CC. B+ maybe for needing to get in 12" range...not like you weren't going to do that often for your rapid fire guns anyway, though. I usually pop them in Ghost Arks with Warriors to let them get to the enemy vehicles fast.
Eternity has one main use - his staff sucks, but Chronometron being usable every phase can be pretty damn useful. He's Imotekh's best friend for keeping the storm going, can help you roll a critical run or ever living roll, and can erectify the Destruction's flaccid magic so you can actually kill something with it ever. B- for being restricted to running in the same unit as HQ or other Court in order to see their full potential and not adding to your firepower other than letting you reroll a hit or wound (which still can be very good).

Can I just say that I want to love the Aeonstave. I mean I just want to once wound someone like Kharn or Ghaz and cackle like a madman.
But goddamn the Crytpek might as well be swinging a Nerf bat.

VoD is my favorite. I run quite a few crypteks with Eldrich lance but the utility of the VoD cryptek really impresses me. The template is a bonus. The shining ability is the deepstrike, my go to troop choice in the new codex is 8 Immortals: (153) Cryptek, VoD (60).
That being said I do love the Deathmark tick you can pull off with a VoD cryptek, nothing sweeter than roasting those high price backfield squads that thought they were safe.

I've always been a fan of the Veil, so DespairTek it is! I do want to try out the TremorTek at some point, the thought of slowing down enemy troops to keep hammering with gauss-fire is a satisfying one.

Harbinger of Destruction, without a doubt. Str 8 Ap 2 with 36, range. Its what all 5 man objective claiming warriors need. The added bonus is the Solar Pulse wargear. I normally have two ( from different courts) in a Ghost Ark to give the gun boat some impressive firepower.
I have been using the Harbinger of Transmogrification in my last few games with the Harp, and while expensive it has help out more often that I though it would. In the rare instances you fire it a muti wound target and score a wound, that model loses its armour save for the rest of the game.

RE HoTrans - Harp: I like being able to strip the armor off a Landraider first turn from the other side of the board (it's kind of a game changer when, suddenly, your AV14 beast is now an AV12 puppy. Makes you a little less likely to rush it at those groups of gauss weapons or S7 tesla guns and Warscythes)

The harp only succeeds ~33% of the time against armor and if there isn't an armor 14 monster around which is rare these days it normally spends 2 or 3 turns getting a psyfleman to av11 or a razorback to av10 which is only a ~17% boost as far as most anti tank weapons are concerned. I like the idea of entropic strike ranged weapons but I see myself just getting another lance for 20 points less or a heavy destroyer for 5 points more.

A lot of them are fun to play in certain ways, though I have to say my favorite is the TremorTek as it is the coolest one I've converted so far followed by my DestructorTek.
Probably my least used tek is Eternity unless I bring Imotek and DespairTek as I only bring a max of one per court when I bring them since all I use them for is the Veil and in the last few games I've used them I've had mishaps like off the table or into the middle of a group of orks.

My Ho Destruction's Solar Pulse has won me game after game, even when his Eldritch Lance hits nothing.
I have tried Transmogrification once, the Tremorstave can be brutal against jump infantry armies.
Also used Storm once, mostly because of his ability to whack anyone who deep strikes too close. And the Lightning Field is a good protection against assault sometimes.
