Remove any extra details (like the skull on the forehead)

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 12-28-50.146.jpg]
be sure to file it down!

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 12-29-12.563.jpg]
It should look something like this.

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 12-29-31.466.jpg]
then file off the detail on the sides of the head, be sure to come to a a point in front of the eyes

Then you need to draw the rough shape of this eagle mask on some thin plasticard

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 12-33-07.843.jpg]
It should look something like this.

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 12-33-20.425.jpg]
Then cut it out

It should look something like this.

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 12-39-58.092.jpg]
Test fit it on the side of the helmet

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 12-44-43.881.jpg]
draw around the shape on some more card then cut it out.

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 12-50-42.110.jpg]
test fit the two halves.

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 12-54-16.653.jpg]
cut most of the neck off of the head

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 12-55-10.330.jpg]
test fit it on the terminator and trim it down to fit. you will most probably have to cut half of one of the wings off!

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 13-00-40.239.jpg]
Then get a thin roll of green stuff.

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 13-02-31.188.jpg]
Then use it to build up the top edge of the wing. (do this for both halves)

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 13-03-06.027.jpg]
It should look something like this.

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 13-12-00.551.jpg]
Then get a small ball of green stuff

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 13-12-14.655.jpg]
place it on the area of the wing that is going to be feathered.

[Thumb - 2012-06-09 13-14-08.533.jpg]
Then flatten it down.
