I'm not a big fan of combi-flamers on stern guard. If you want to destroy most enemies that an AP5 flamer would, just use the regular special ammo. Otherwise, take heavy flamers for the AP4.

What is the load-out of the Ironclads? Although they can be one-shotted, dual heavy flamer dreads going after infantry is nasty and pretty threatening.

My only big concern here is how you're going to smash heavy vehicles on the drop (that threaten the dreads)... I'd gear your dreads out for anti-infantry, give the sternguard 4 combi-meltas, and hope the tac squads can cleanup what is left. To me, the list is going to revolve around making the most out of the Ironclads.
