It was back before he got rules, over the years this guy, the LC/ PP Plastic Captain and the one we have now have all been listed as Sicarius. Since he's actually been a charascter in game, he's had the sword/pistol model.

1) Named 'Captain Cato Sicarius of the Second Company' or
2) Named as 'Captain of the Second Company'?

This guy was named Cato Sicarius.
