Short Story:
I need help constructing an army list for Skaven and High Elves. What I have is listed below and would like to know what I should add (go out and buy) to make the armies better as well as keeping the sides even.

Long Story:
I know nothing of Warhammer Fantasy when it comes to playing the game. However I love the painting, modelling and building terrain.
This being the case I've decided to create two complete armies, along with 1, maybe 2 display boards, a modular gaming table and matching terrain. Seeing the Island of Blood set I decided to use this as the base of my two armies. I plan to sell all items as one massive bundle to make my money back and cover costs.
So what I would like to know is what additions you would recommend to make these armies, better, more complete or rounded if you like. I would like to keep the sides even as possible to make the whole set easier to sell. Also any recommendations for aesthetically pleasing models will be most welcome.
