Good painting. Not a fan of the pastel color /scheme. Pic looks a little to enhanced though that could be the pastel colors.

While it's very well executed, I'm with Sammoth.
The scheme is uninteresting and bland.
Also, while not your problem, the model is awful. Nurgle models are generally goofy on some level but have an undercurrent of malevolence, which this model completely lacks.

I really like the worn rusty look of the metal

It looks a little like the GUO is walking on top of the nurglings, maybe some repositioning of the legs would have been in order.
