Next month's PAGE / Redcap's Corner regular 40k event in downtown Philadelphia, PA is a doubles campaign tournament. We'll be using the Adepticon team tournament army construction rules and adapting elements from their missions to match our current standard structure, so this is a great opportunity for anybody in the area to playtest their lists before heading out there the following week. It's 1000 points per player, with a restricted FOC and allies matrix. Entries are $10/player and gaming starts at noon.

Our events have very solid, tournament appropriate structure and rules with several good players so it is a good day of gaming. It is also though a pretty casual community, so the events certainly aren't just for hardcore, competition-only players. In particular, most of our events are couched within some narrative framework. Our current storyline is Solypsus 9, a unique team map campaign for a backwater Imperium outpost. You can check out recaps of the first two events in this campaign here:

February: The Shift on Solypsus 9
January: The Drop on Solypsus 9

There is no disadvantage to your or your alliance for jumping in and out of the campaign, so feel free to drop in any time.

Army construction rules, schedule, and other details for the March 14 doubles event are on the event webpage. Missions will be posted shortly. Our doubles events are usually well attended for a small shop tournament, so it should be a blast and we hope you can join us!
