Here are high resolution photos of the front and back of the Ironstrider & Vanguard sprues, to help you decide whether all the bits are there to build them the way you want

They are very high resolution (> 5000x5000 pixels) so you can click on it and zoom in using the Dakka photo thingy

Vanguard - 3 frames, 10 models:

Ironstrider - 2 frames, 1 model:

Enjoy!!

I also have the new WD. The Sicarians coming out next week look sweet. And I can't imagine anyone saying they are a ripoff of anything They look pretty funky and original to me. Codex and datacards coming next week (4/11) too.

It looks to be about the complexity of putting together space marines, though the capes beg to be painted (even primed) unassembled. They are nice, complex models.

Ironically, mine came "defective" -- they sent the oval base for the transuranic arquebus, but not any of the 25mm bases. Since I have a bazillion of 25mm (literally, a shoebox crammed with brand new ones), I didn't bother to complain.

There is also a small transfer sheet.

Oh yes, very exciting: There are actually RULES in the middle of the instructions. I don't mean statline, real, actual rues; basically the WD entry minus pictures & fluff. In 3 languages. Did you know SONDERREGELN means special rules in German?

I dunno if its all that economical enough, but there is something nice about the FW Horus Heresy volkite weapons not existing in the 40k era. Those are appropriately techy and come in a variety of different sizes.

Am I seeing correctly that there are some bare heads? I do not remember seeing those in any of the preview pictures.

And another question: are the legs complete, in a way that they could easily used with robeless torsos, or do they lack details on the areas that go under the robes.
