Not a chance. When was the last time you saw a Leman Russ Executioner? A Sentinel? How about some Ogryns? No, every modern codex has unplayable units that nobody in their right mind would take.
Yesterday, and my Executioner Gloriously Vaporized Typhus and some plague marines.
But I digress.
I do think that GW doesn't care about making dreadnoughts better this edition. GW is a model company first and foremost, and dreadnoughts have long since paid for themselves. They'll likely get a token point drop, Venerables might get something a touch better, but I don't expect it.
Truth be told, however, unlike the Tau and Eldar releases, we've got zero rules rumours yes. For all I know Dreadnoughts could be AV 17, WS 26, St D.
Just wait, that'll appear on Nafka within 6 hours.

Therefore, I conclude, Valve should announce Half Life 2: Episode 3.

I think the big rules question is what the cost and ap of grav weapons will be.

Chaos isn’t a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail, and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some are given a chance to climb, but refuse. They cling to the realm, or love, or the gods…illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is, but they’ll never know this. Not until it’s too late.

I rather like the jacks on the Rhino-chassis tank thingie is (those'd look really good on a Whirlwind), but other than that I once again have to thank GW...
They've succeeded, for yet another release, to not put out anything that makes me feel the need to open my wallet. The Centurions are basically laughable. As someone else noted, they're not even worthy of getting worked up over. The new HQ models really don't tempt me in the least and while the Vanguard/Sternguard don't look too bad, they're not "gooder" enough to make me feel the need to add to what I already have.
Heck. at this point, I doubt I'm even in for the Codex... So, once again GW, my wallet thanks you (as does Wyrd, Privateer Press, DreamForge, and -probably- Mantic since I will be buying stuff from them in the near-term)!
If you want my money, you really need to step up your game. The competition is getting stronger and you guys are getting more expensive, and (lets be honest) your track record of producing lust-inspiring models is slipping rather badly.

I wonder if the Cherub-thing on the Librarian is a sign of the return of familiars from the old Codex? +1I and an extra attack? (And, I imagine, rerolling failed casts)

I was going to start a DA army but now I want to do whatever chapter will let me have scoring Sternguard. Hopefully it is still the Crimson Fists.

If it's Traits like the old codex, One line on your army list will let you do that.

I liked the assault centurions, the devastator ones are brilliant and probabily the only thing I buy from this becides the codex.
I hate the cherubs, I think they are disgusting to be honest but thats just me, I may buy the libby but that will be cut off.

Shooty Centurions look a bit better, but the arms seem still oversized. They'd look much better if you could just lose the fists and attach guns straight to the arms, but I'm afraid they have fists in their equipment so they gotta stay for WYSIWYG.
Characters look pretty amazing, I love the gritty bearded look.

That new tank screams Death and Devastation. I can't wait to see it's stats. I mean, look at it, it's "Nailed" to the floor! It's so SEXY!
And those Dakka Centurions, Oh Lord-Emprah, dual wielding Heavy Bolters?!
I'm this close to "jump on the bandwagon" for the first time, sodding off my Necrons. I'm loving every single leaked miniature!

Characters - I like, though the captain looks too sneakily like the AoBR captain for them to slap what's going to be a £12 price tag on it.
Plastic Veterans - Yes. Thank you. More kits for the mass kitbashing. I may just have to lust after the Vanguard Vets for even more Lightning claw and power weapon choices for my Chosen.
Rhino variant - I like.
Centurions - Ugh, no. Please. Why do we need 'good' Obliterators? Chaos does not equal Imperial with Spikes. Stop trying to make Imperial Chaos sans Spikes.
I will say though, it's kind of funny that GW is having more leaks than the Welsh Titanic.

Yeah, the Dev Centurions work better for me, maybe it's the angle of the figures or that the heavy weapons are less cluttering than the drills. I bet I'll like them once I see them in person. I'm starting to see a bit of the Iron Man Hulk-buster in them. I'm almost willing to bet they are on 50mm bases.
The Hunter is nice, it's definately an upgrade from the Epic one aesthetically. I'm certainly in for one of each of this kit!

That tank looks quite awesome. The ranged centurions still look completely awful to me. Mind you, not worse than the assault centurions, but still garbage level.
I'd give the tanks a 4/5 or more pending more angles
Characters are a pretty "whatever" 3.5/5
Ranged centurions a 1/5
Assault centurions -1/5 "Worst Models of the 2010s"

GJ. Now, just remove the inner toes and the belt (torso connects to leg plates), and move the legs and arms a bit inward and we're juuuust about there...

After 25+ pages of "Agh, the Centurions are AWFUL!" I suppose I don't need to leave another, similar comment.
Oh, wait - yes I do. Those things are the WORST 40K models I've ever seen, and I have RT models that look like they were sculpted by drunken three-fingered butchers with dirty butter knives... Wow. So bad.
Those will never grow on me. I have full company of Grey Knights - and not one standard Dreadknight. It's too awful for me to field as designed. I heavily moded my, and proxy the other two (not that I've ever fielded three).
The Stormtalon and Raven are so awful, I can't field them, either. Again, mods and proxies to make them tolerable to mine eyes... What the heck is going on with the sculptors entrusted with the Marine model line these days???

I don't think that tank builds on the existing plastic Rhino. If you look at the side of it, it doesn't have the same sloped front. This looks like a completely new plastic kit based on the older Rhino aesthetic.

OK for Sternguard, Vangard, the Librarian (loved the cherub) and the Chaplain (have none at moment so PLASTIC). The captain is cool on ultras and fists, maybe on Minotaurs, but don't fit my Marines. The AA Rhinos are awesome, unfortunately none at my place uses flyers. Finally waiting to see the new Tactical box and rumored Command Squad. I really need more legs, but if the new components are just 2 Grav weapons (one being a pistol) the veterans will already supply me.
I prefer do not comment on the Centurions.

Looking at the pics of the Centurions it looks like there may be a new Ultramarines decal set coming as well?
I don't recognise some of the Devastator decals, or the Ultra symbol with the XIII in it, although that could be because they have been customised with paint?

Don't make me beat you to death with my painting contest awards. You're really pushing it with this tiresome argument.
Still dispassionate I see.
On topic.
Well this release looks like it will be a good one to me, I look forward to seeing the minis in the flesh next to the price stickers so I can make my mind up fully. I already have a heap of SM boxes in the loft collecting dust this could be the motivation I need to build or sell.
I see the Centurions much like the Dreadknight, I'm not sold on the current presentation but could see myself coming up with my own interpretation with the kit.

Like - the second AA tank variant, Vanguard, what we've seen of the Sternguard
Neutral - Characters. Nothing wrong with them, but nothing that makes me want to buy them either. AA tank with 6 gun barrels.
Dislike - Centurions. Heavy bolter ones are a minor improvement, but they are still utterly ridiculous.
