The eventual devastator squads will have full regalia but for the tactical brothers I was kinda leaning torward the m240 feel. The chaplains head is a Chaos warrior bit ou can get separate from Thewarstore.com in it's battlewagon bitz section. I simply cut the lower jaw off to give the helmet it's proper feel.

No you were not, I get this alot it's why the thread name changed from "Afghani Blood Angels" to "Blood Angels all the way from Afghanistan and Bragg"

I was in RC east at FOB Shank, now I'm home at Fort Bragg. Time is in ample supply, safe area and storage as well as lightning are in short supply. Paints, brushes and pieces are all happilly provided by Neil Catapano from Thewarstore.com, I encourage all to visit and spend some time looking over his selection which also now includes Micro Art Studios and Scibor miniatures.

I tried to add little things to truely add character to the Force.

Notice Chaplain Rohas' Crozius and how he holds it. The Death Company's chain axes and rare bionics. Bonus points if you can pick out what unit here used to be a tactical sergeant, he's here somewhere else in this thread with a few modifications.

Veteran Sergeants Aubray and Malachi

[Thumb - DSC00418.JPG]
Veteran Sergeant Aubray distinguished himself after taking out a squadron of traitor vendettas alone.

[Thumb - DSC00419.JPG]
Veteran Sergeant Malachi made his name after taking out a team of basilisks in the same manner.

Wow! Awesome stuff. If I'm not mistaken the chaplain's head comes from the fantasy warriors of chaos?

Love the idea of the assault squad markings. The Tartan Army will love it too, lol . You'll have to give that squad a Scottish sounding name if your going to give them shoulder pads with Saltires on them lol. Seriously, your work is inspirational. Keep it up.
