They're the 2010 Finecast resin ones. Plastics are up for pre order

So GW have just posted the video on How to Paint Wracks to their YouTube channel.
Apparently my flayed skin look wasn't a bad try by any means- but the paints they used for that look are as follows,
The eagle-eyed among you will have noticed that some of the Wracks on the webstore product page and the back cover of White Dwarf have red skin rather than pale white. According to ’Eavy Metal it’s not skin at all, but rather a complete lack of it, the Wracks having flayed themselves. Yep, they’re wrong ’uns. This disturbing effect was achieved using Ratskin Flesh as the basecoat followed by highlights of Ungor Flesh and Ushabti Bone. The skin was then shaded with Carroburg Crimson and glazed with Bloodletter for that glistening red effect.
Interesting stuff this Glaze paint..

I don't know why but glazed/glazing paints (although good for keeping the paints protected) makes them look extremely shiny and unreal looking. but that is just my opinion

The Citadel stuff doesn't appear to make it shiny from my experience, just seems to make things really stand out. ie the eye lenses on Space Marines.
May have to look into them sometime (and if my brother also wants to get one or two as he collects Dark Angels so may work for his army more ^^)

If you make it shiny, you just have to dullcote or otherwise matte varnish it. I pretty much have to do it to everything I do since I almost always dip.

Yeah- screw the finecast Wracks. I've already broken one of the bone spine things on mine (coincidentally the one that's in the photo)
The ones I painted were fine cast, they are really delicate buggers to cut out, bet even world leading surgeons couldn't cut one out without snapping bits lol
"I am now going to cut out this squad leader wrack off its spues" *half model details snaps away* xD

Better than 3rd ed Incubi IMO. Didn't like the punisher helms that much, the splinter pistol thing on top was a bit silly. I'd have mounted it on the shoulder. Vect's Incubi looked the business though.
Sinister is what I was going for. Plus a likk of red paint makes fings go fasta!
Yeah, I didn't love the hats, it was like they told the designers that they had to 100% strictly adhere to the 1/2handed rules and setting base attacks up was a prohibited activity. They were definitely working within a box when they made those, even if making them was kind of thinking outside the box, it wasn't the big box if that makes sense.
Vect's trenchcoat incubi still are awesome, got both of them left. I guess I have vect but he's kind of lame. His slaves/entertainment may still be kicking around too.

Those Incubi look damn solid, what did you edge highlight them with? I've been seemingly unable to decide on a Glaze, Shade or an Edge to go over Incubi Darkness with lol... I am pretty terrible when it comes to finding complimenting colours
Though the Swords on the Incubi are pretty dissapointing (on the table top, paint jobs great), I have yet to kill anything at all with the Demiglaives so far.. My Incubi are literally just meat shields for my Archon, he does all the killing they just sit their failing to hit or wound anything lol.

Base- Incubi Darkness Layer 1- Kabalite Green Layer 2- Sybarite Green Glaze- Waywatcher Green (all over the armour)
Still undecided with the horn colour to be honest. I've always found Incubi to be quite useful for chopping up my brother's various Chaos Marines. Not tested them on 'Nids yet but soon... I don't get why all the hate for the Klaives- they look awesome with all the Druchii runes on them.

Really nice work on both the Space Hulk Termies and the Dark Eldar. As others have said, the Librarian eyes are great, and I'm also a fan of how those Incubi came out. I really need to pull my fist out on my own of both sets of figures some day.
Had a bit of a play in the Hobby room last night, and found my unfinished Haemonculi *pets*. This one here is made from bits of Chaos Spawn, Galrauch (Metal) and the Talos kit. The musculature was done by my brother (I don't have the patience for sculpting). I know Grotesques can't have chain flails but I wanted something unique for my unit. I can sort of imagine this one being the fetch and carry sort when the Coven accompanies the Kabal on a raid. So the Wracks chain people up to this guy and he drags them off (probably kicking and screaming in most cases) through a webway portal. Next up (later this evening I think) will be a Liquefier Grotesque also made up of Chaos Spawn bits with some Rat Ogre elements here and there.
