I was trying to find a replacement for my keychain I have been using since 2001 (the design is hardly discernable anymore) and I am having troubles finding GW licensed merchandise from Bulldog Buckle Company.

Did BBc lose the GW license?

Whatever happened to Bulldog Buckle, it went TU quite some time ago. GeeDub accesory merchandise was bundled together with statues, swords, shirts, etc. as "Warp Artefacts," possibly a devision of the Black Library. Searching around it looks like WA is toast too, but they tell you that BL now carries all the merch.
