This list is designed with the upcoming 5th edition rules changes.

It's a modified stealer shock list.

There's one gunfex to disable enemy tanks with AV14. The other 2 fexes are there to drop two templates.

The warrior units are there to tarpit anyone coming near the carnifexes, and provide 6 S5 blast templates for people to chew on.

They'll do in a pinch for vehicle squadrons but are really there to just pound enemy infantry from afar.

The warrior units and the stealers are all intended to be valid targets for AP5 weapons.

There's enough firepower and range on the warriors to encourage players to move towards them to get better shots.

Which is usually a death sentence vs a stealer shock list.

Hope this helps.

I can only imagine the nasty things that will do to non-mechanized IG, Tau & Eldar lists!

Would you please post a tactica or battle plan & rules revision reference to go along with the list as you see it?

Sure, it's pretty easy.

Against Mech lists, you drop the 2 barb fexes weapons on their AV12 vehicles and hope for a penetrating hit. Since they do their most damage close up (24" or less) you can hit them with 2 templates that can penetrate and on most large targets (Falcons, Hammerheads, Chimeras) you'll not scatter off. The gunfex is there to neutralize threats, not really kill anything. Leman Russ? Land Raider? Stun it, ignore it.

Against non-mech lists, just machine gun the templates in off the warriors. All the templates should hit, and if you can get 2 or 3 under that's 10 or 15 S5 AP5 hits. Enough to really hurt hordes or marines.

The two carnifexes with templates will essentially do the same thing, but at much higher strength so they can drop S8 large or S7 smalls on troops or on vehicles.

The stealers run forward and if you get the first turn, you should be able to get into CC on the second turn. Remember, stealers don't need carapace armor in 5th. There are cover saves everywhere. So take advantage of them. You have enough concentrated shooting at ranges people won't expect (24" instead of 18") that they'll start taking large numbers of casualties straight away when setup in anti-stealer shock defense because they'll be expecting dakka fexes.

Hope that helps.
