Alright, this is the first time for me to actually post any models on dakka, now i know I am a horrible painter and the things i have seen some of you guys paint make me cry inside with shame as i post this, but without comments there can be no improvements so i post it anyway. This is my Ork Battlewagon/Trukk (Its a battlewagon with a Killkannon if i put the cannon on and without i just have it count as a trukk.) But onto the pictures, keep in mind i am not completly done modeling or painting yet!

quick shot to show you the general idea, my pictures are crummy but that just hides crummier painting so that shouldn't botter you to much.

Sideshot, I am kinda proud of the gun eventought its not really finished, the barrel actually locks in half so at the half way there i am gonna attach the shell loader crane from the vindicator kit as soon as tuesday comes around and the FLGS is open again.

Heres a few shots of the Wagon with the gun taken of, I still have to paint all of the interior in the back of the transport section, and the havoc launcher up front and the orky teeth grill. also the little piece of greenstuff at the window is where one of the teethy plates fell of as i was taking pictures, so ignore that!

That's a pretty cool looking Trukk there. I'm actually rather fond of the way it's put together.

I've never seen the Tau exhaust pieces used like that. Tres cool.

Well they scream jet engine to me, with an intake vent at the front and all. And thus being rather Orkminded i immediately thought big noisy flamey engine is extra good and glued them on there. I think it explains nicely how a chimera? (Its actually the spareparts i had from stealing the earthshaker from an IG basilsik. i think its a chimera without the earthshaker right?) hull bolted to half a rhino manages to count as a fast trukk

Uhh.. Well the front half is made from an IG Basilisk without the eartshaker cannon, The Passenger part is a Chaos Predator i cut of right after the drivers part leaving the wall spacer in. I then glued those together and uses spare track parts to make the tracks look plausible in the front and back and on the top of the rpredator hull. I took a havoc launcher from the chaos rhino kit as a missile launcher and then took a Tau Hammerhead apart and glued the engines to the side of it. I converted the Railcannon into a big honking exhaust and put a few more of the tau parts on it.

The gun is actually from a gundam kit, its the Master Grade RX-78 GP-03's Folding bazooka, I glued the ion cannon from the hammerhead kit to the side and stuffed it full of just regular speaker cable wire to make the power cables. So all in all its the spare parts of 4 diffrent kits. And theres also some accesoires from the trukk kit in there.

(I already bought the basilisk and the predator for other conversions, namely a turretted land raider for chaos and I had planned to use the earthshaker for something that failed so i gave away the earthsaker and turned the rest of the kits into this)
