Could both of these be considered mk6 power armor with addition of studded shoulder pad and beakie head?

well the left chest is MK5 heresy armor, so no not totally.
however spacemarine suits are made and remade until completely destroyed, its certainly not unknown for them to have mixed types in one suit, I wouldnt sweat it.

Actually, the armour on the left is Mk. 6 (see the old Rogue Trader SM kit on Sole Legends).
You've used the correct legs, as Mk. 6 doesn't have the knee pads.

So it's fair to say I have a cross between mk5 and mk6. I prefer to have mk5 with beakie and studded shoulder pad, but may research more.
