Picks are blurry but it looks good.

I would suggest doing a little more work on the flesh parts, another level of highlighting perhaps? It kinda looks like you just highlighted the black undrcoat instead of puting a dark blue basecoat on first. Maybe some blacklining to seperate some of the components on the model would make it look better. The metals are pretty solid, just needs some seperation. The base is pretty basic, he is a character so a little TLC on the base is customary. I think you have a good start but I still wouldnt call him finished yet.
