I'd bring more of the red away from the snow and onto the dirt of your bases. Make it more random. Create trails of it THROUGH the snow as if they're stalking their latest kill.

Right now everything looks very basic and a bit flat. Some black highlighting could go a long way towards making a bit more depth and interest in the models.

They do look very solid so far though, just a bit more work and they'll look great.
