Ok, I learned to play 40k against a black Templar player so I can be of some help here.
A few things to say at first. I see you have tons of warriors. This looks like it will do great against orks and most other stuff EXCEPT Black Templars. I have played many games where I have seen mass amounts of warriors epically fail against power armored models that have righteous zeal. My suggestion to you here would be to only take a handful, 30 maybe. Anything over that and I do not think it will help.
If you want an HQ choice that will definatly destroy any plan your opponent might have had before the game, then take the nightbringer. He is a very powerful unit and is a great charge deterrent for a shooty army. Also, He can win you the game when fighting a boy heavy ork list. Because his etheric winds lets him push any Strength 3 units 2D6 inches away if they try to assault any units within 6 inches of him. Very Very helpful against Hordes. I also know for a fact he works great against Templars.
Lords are good, but I wouldnt take 2.
Destroyers are what win games. If I were you I would get more. 2 squads of five has worked well for me in the past. they are highly mobile and they own MEQs.
Scarabs are great. a squad of ten of these is a great distraction unit and will tie up most stuff in close combat for several rounds.
Monolith is awesome and will be great against a templar player acting as good offense and defense.
Anyway, Im starting to ramble on. Here is what I think you should do. If you had immortals I would tell you to take 20, but since you dont , Here is my suggestion:
A lord with veil and 20 warriors is a good thing to field, even agsisnt templars. Just be careful with it.
The nightbringer is amazing and will win you games against CC armies.
Take one of the two above. Its too many points not toward phase out if you take both.
Destroyers: Like I said earlier, these are a must. you can either take 2 squads and some scarabs, which can work very well, or you can thrown down 12-15 of these things and have the firepower to shoot anything dead.
take a monolith and fill the rest with warriors, It should do well.
You might want to think about some Heavy Destroyers. Having a reliable way to kill terminators is very Important.

Ok, Immortals cost alot of money so I didnt want to make a suggestion that was going to cost you $300. However, Immortals are one of the best units in the game. They are more than double a warrior with higher toughness for less than twice the cost. They can't be beat when it comes to straight up shooting firepower. However, Due to zeal, they are not as effective against Templar players. Don't get me wrong, they are amazing units, but if you take immortals when fighting templars, make SURE you totally destroy the unit you are shooting at, or zeal will let it get too close.
As for wraiths, they are really good, however they cost 41 points(its around there) For 41 points I do not think they are worth it. Its simply too expensive for not enough wounds. They can get bogged down by numbers and die. Not a good choice to fight orks or templars. But they can be good, However Destroyers are BY FAR a better choice. IMHO.
As for flayed ones, I have never used them except in a few early games when I was still proxying my army. They have been described to me like this:"They own the stuff that stinks in close combat." They CAN be good if you use them correctly, but in my opinion elites slots should be filled with immortals. If they were troops, it might be a different story.
Another unit I did not cover was tomb spyders. There support role is convenient and I have used them a few times as counter chrage, but in general I only use them If I do not have space for anything else in my list. With the new Killpoint rules they may not be a good idea. But sometimes they are very helpful. In general, you are better off with Heavy destroyers or monoliths. Though I do know a guy who runs a list with 9 tomb spyders in addiction to 30 scarabs and apparently it owns everything.
Hope this is helpful.

Yes. I can.
This should do well, but If he has Nob bikers, then you are in trouble. When they turbo boost, its just like wasting firepower to try and kill them.
Anyway, this is what I would take agasist orks at 2000.
HQ:
Nightbringer
Troops:
10 warriors
10 warriors
10 warriors
Elites:
10 immortals
10 immortals
Fast attack:
5 destroyers
5 destroyers
Some would argue with me, but I believe this is a good list to fight orks with, and here is why:
The nightbringer will protect your warriors, and anything else within 6 inches from being assaulted by Boyz, grots, or anything else that has ANY Strength 3 units in it.
30 warriors, so would say you need more, persoannly I think this is a good number. You can use the nightbringer to push Boyz out of assault and then rapid fire them into nothingness.
immortals will shoot down things at range, and if you get first turn will hopefully let you blow up some truks early on , so you can mow down the Boyz who have to walk.
10 destroyers will let you have high mobility and the range you need to blow up transports at a distance.

If I were you, I would proxy the models first, and then if you like them, make the purchase.
