I am thinking about converting an Ogre(preferably a leader-like one) Into an Ork warboss.

Any ideas?

I've only changed the head, and the right arm ( is the arm with big choppa from the new bike sprue). and i put some green stuff

on the other arm to make it bigger.

I've build a Bad Moon Warboss by using Warboss arms and head on an Ogre bull body and added some bitz. He's still W.I.P. though, I'll post pics as soon as he's finished.

I've got a warboss with a bull's body, warboss's head and shoota and a SM Dreadnought power klaw. And he's got a pet grot standing on his bck.

i want to work on an ogre -> warboss conversion, but i had to wait till my ogre bull box come.

I used the troll from the fantasy boxed set to make mine. Its easy to do and I picked up the troll model on ebay for like 5 bucks.

It CAN look pretty cool, if done right. But some are better then others. And personally I dont think the Ogre body is that good for an Ork. But like I said, there have been some that look rather nice

See what makes that last one work, is the head positioning. Thats a crucial part of the look of Orks. Look at Anungs boss. That is in a good spot (maybe a LITTLE bit low) but good. Dont just glue the head on top. It makes them look weird as hell. Also, just Ork the crap out of the mini
