Well, I figured I would get some C&C from the good folk here on my first attempt at modelling. I have never used greenstuff for anything but gap-filling and hadn't used plasticard much either. So this was a big project. Right now, I am in the first stages of painting.

Anyhow, what do you think? I know it doesn't look to hot right now, but for the first coat of paint and for a modelling amateur, how is it?

Highlord with a Blackstone Fortress

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

I like him, he looks rough and mean.

Despite the grot there is no comedy in the mini, and sometimes that is just what is needed.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

Thanks for all the positive feedback. I should be able to work on him more today. A lot of work left, actually. If I can get more work, I will post some better pictures. I am debating on drilling a port into the back where I can mount a banner if I feel like it. Going to mess around with a really Orky banner later today. I am thinking a big metal cutout like on the front of the bike, but with a pair of hanging pennants covered with glyphs. Not sure yet.

As he's deathskull did you think to use looted weapons for the bike?

Also I would have used a SM dread CCW for his power claw, especially now the dread in the game box is available so cheaply....

But as a warboss on a bike, great work.
