I did these ages ago usine the MKI Rhino Chasis. My regular opponent trashed me every time with his srmoured company, so I needed some tanks for Da Boyz and modelled these of the Epic ones and VDR'ed them. Once I started to use them, the games turned. The weigh a lot due to all the spaced armour, track guards and front amour being metal, and then metal arms for the Gutrippa and Forgeworld death roller for the Bone Breaka. The turrets are Leman Russ MBT turrets. The Commanders are the early Storm Boy metal models. Any comments are welcome, as they were really easy conversions. I've 4 of these, and yep they are all up for grabs on Ebay, to keep a roof over my head this month !

There's also a looted Rhino, built to the same spec as the above. Its a bargin at only 167 teef and only 17 previous owners !

On one of them, the underside has 'if found dis way up, turn da 'uver way!'. I like Orks because you can do this, make them unique, and still have a serious army.

Its like using the Old Stormboy models, they make excellent (German WWII) Tank Commanders.

I love the old Stormboy 'Tank Kommanda', nice touch.

Also, it's the little touches like the for sale sign that really make an ork army unique and fun. I personally run Supa-Grippo tires on all my ork trukks!

Do you support yourself off ebay sales of well painted and modeled 40k units? How can I cash in on such a sweet deal?!

Also they look great like all the others.

If you can make a living from painting models, then good luck. A Character model painted to a good standard will probably take around 15 - 20 hours. It costs £10, and sells, tops, £40. You're making £2 an hour for your work. That ain't going to keep anyone!
