Maybe make some custom VDR rules for it.
Count is as a (large) Imperial Robot, as opposed to a Titan, as its quite different in design to a titan.
It does however have some throwback hints to the imperial robots of old...

well for fluff, the army it belongs, is a collection of eldar, tau and humans, so it is a mix of all three cultures rolled into one, its heavy, has imperial weapons and void shields for the humans, its two legged and upright as a eldar scout titan and has the very sharp and defined edges of the tau....so it is diff but it stands roughly 10 inches so its almost as tall as war hound, and it will help fit into the more futuristic tactics of smaller is better, fast target, small space to hit means its harder to kill, well for titans anyways

I'd be tempted to call it pure Tau or an imperial robot.
Looks kinda cool but needs a little more detail+paint.
Keep us posted, nice find!

I reckon if you scratch built a warhound cabin/cockpit and stuck it onto the front chest area it would look reasonably close.

I've seen people use a land speeder as a cockpit/head and it works OK.

all i can say about the modded pic is lol, good idea though...but then it would look kinda top heavy, besides i like the different look to it, it fits with my army theme of "very different"
