After looking all round, i havent really seen a list of nids like the one i purpose here, keep in mind this is really just for friendly games but i mighht look at taking it into a local torny after refining it here.

Looks good. only comment I could make is split that carnifex via osmisis to make two 130pt guys. BUT.. he is big and he isnt funny and he is scary - as he is.
Oh.. if you plan to move + charge ur warriors then fine.. but anysquads soley dedicated to the ranged dutie, id suggest getting some different weapon biomorphs for wound allocation.
Yeah.. does look good.

I see you've made the big and nasty bug of doom, known as a Doom Beetle.
He's going to soak up alot of fire power, just hope he doesn't take all of it and go down. Other wise its going to free those big guns for your smaller bugs that can't take the hits.
And unless you're going to keep some of those warriors or the Zoey in the rear than your WoN Gaunts are going to have a little trouble making it back up the field if they have to come back on the board edge thanks to Instinctual Behavior after being taken out.
Since you don't really have any Deep Strike or Flanking Stealers you're not really going to be forcing him to split up his fire lanes. I mean you have the lictor but he can be eaten by bolter fire (or equivalent.) I'd say drop him for a ravener or two. Or maybe a squad of stealers with scuttlers. So that they can flank your opponent and take off some of that fire off your big scary bug. And hopefully both will reach the enemy lines and be able to cause some real chaos.
Everything else seems fine and like it would be a fun list to run. But then again I really like the high model count nid list more than the MC lists. Just my personal preference.

If zoanthrope is 1-3 per heavy, i would try to fill it out .
they provide really decent anti tank support

List wise it is interesting. I would second the stealers outflanking to try to get take some flak from your main force.
From what i understand your going to run/fly everthing forward into assult range, and use the With Out Number gaunts to grab objectives?
Sounds like a fun list for friendly games.

I like Zoanthropes however being at 75pts each, they are abit pricey

First off, the WON termaguiants are there to shield my main army then die and take the closest objective to the btable edge, so im basiclly rushing to the enemies objectives using them as a wall and then they die and take my objective, odd i know by i have found that it can work.
Second, about enemy shooting, i dont think they have must to choose from the Big Nasty Fex or the little pesky warriors, which ever he ignore will do alot of damage to him. The lictor will be assaulting [if it came] the turn it DS and then hiding until another target is in range, it has worked for me, as people ignore the lictor most of the time until i start killing things. YMMV

About stealers in noit a big fan of them, i might take a small brood but they arnt high on my list of things to take. My tactics are to run the fex behind a line of the WON termagaunts, followed behind by the hormies and on the sides are the warriors

Intriguing list but those warriors need survivability. Give them extended carapace, you need 33pts for the 11 on foot, pretty sure the winged ones can't take it so will work with the foot ones. First things first that unit of 14 Termaguants 84 trim out to 8 for 48 pts freeing 36 pts, enough to get 12 extended carapaces, so you have the 11 on foot covered and 3 pts spare. It does trim numbers by 6 but your warriors won't be dying to bolter/pulse rifle fire from 24-30 inches out and closing meaning you'll have many more shots being lobbed at the enemy for longer.
