Well, the first Necron is painted, and I couldn't be more pleased with him (it?), this Necron army will be small, so I wanted it to be something special. So I've gone all-out with techniques I don't normally use including Hard-Edge Highlighting and OSL. I also based him and added a transfer, two things aI almost NEVER do!

The quality of the pics are heart-breaking compared to IRL, but they'll have to do

Hello apparently non-existant people not-reading my thread, I have painted some scarabs
with the schemes for Warrior and Scarab nailed down, I'm crossing 'Test out new Necron scheme' off the list as done, however to stop being lazy I shall keep painting Necron Warriors

I like the blue on the crons', havn't really seen anyone do it before so extra points for originality!! Paint on the other minis looks clean. Nice job so far and keep up the good work!!

Well, after letting the thread fossilise (sp?) a bit (OMG, only 5 days of February left!) I have an update! Spider Rider rank 1 is totally painted and done! Enjoy...

@DC Yeah, The Heads are white because SOMETHING had to be White for my O&G Scheme, but I was too lazy to make it look good...

Anyway, I finished the Terminator Sqaud today, I think for the 'More stuff from AoBR' goal I shall paint 1 regular SM (as a test) and the Captain

BTW the Cpt will not be counted in my 'other Marine stuff from AoBR because I am making him into a librarian and my bitz won't arrive until it is technically March :X

Well, Spider Riders are 100% done! All that remains is that test marine and I think I can finish him by midnight! I might not pload him until tomorrow though, but we'll see
