Ok, so after getting my orks on the table, I made some revisions (some came from your suggestions).

Original List:

Magmaul's Nobs: x2 Big Choppas, x1 Power Klaw, x1 Kombi-Scorcha, x4 'Eavy Armor, Trukk. 175pts.
Shoota Boyz: x20, x2 Big Shootas, Nob. 140pts.
Slugga/Choppa Boyz: x20, x2 Rokkits, Nob w/ Power Klaw. 175pts.
Shoota Boyz: x12, x1 Big Shoota, Nob, Trukk. 122pts.
Deff Dread: w/ x2 Big Shootas. 85pts.

Storm Boyz: x10, w/ Zagstuk. 205pts.
Deffkoptas: x3 w/Twin Linked Rokkits. 135pts.

Killa Kans: x2 w/ x2 Big Shootas. 80pts.

This came to 1492pts.

The NEW list.....

Warboss Magmaul: MegaArmor, Kombi-Scorcha, Cybork Body. 115pts. (Rides with 10 man Ork Trukkers)
Big Mek Wurrgob: Kustom Force Field. 85pts.

Lootas: x10. 150pts.

Shoota Boyz: x20, x2 Big Shootas, Nob w/ Power Klaw. 165pts.
Slugga/Choppa Boyz: x20, x2 Big Shootas, Nob w/ Power Klaw. 165pts.
Slugga/Choppa Boyz: x12, x1 Big Shoota, Nob w/ Power Klaw, Trukk. 147pts.
Slugga/Choppa Boyz: x10, x1 Big Shoota, Nob w/ Power Klaw, Trukk. 135pts.
Deff Dread:x2 extra DCCW. 105pts.

Storm Boyz: x10, Zagstruk. 205pts.
Deffkoptas: x3 w/ Twin Linked Rokkits. 135pts.

Killa Kans: x2, w/ x2 Big Shootas. 80pts.
This comes to 1487pts so far....

I think this is decent, Id really love to find a way to get a Battlewagon in here to put the squad of 20 choppa boyz in there to make a mess out of whatever they assault. Maybe even a little squad of like, 10 Grots to hold an objective or something....y'know, anyone paying attention to them is ignoring the bigger green picture coming at them, right? lol.

So, what do you all think? Please bring on the advice!

Thanks
T-

I haven't played with an Ork army, but I have been toying with them as a second army in the near future, so maybe what I suggest will be off-base, but I wouldn't rely only on your power klaws as anti-tank. I'd definitely throw in some rokkit launchers in your slugga/choppa squads and also upgrade your Deffkoptas to have tl rokkit launchers as well. Maybe even a couple on that Deff Dread.

I'm assuming you'll be putting cover to good use with your trukks (as well as your force field). I think I'd be more comfortable with one battlewagon than two trukks but if you get your deployment right and don't get too gung-ho if you get to go first I don't see both of them getting popped on first turn. And if they do hopefully they will have served their purpose by then (to get you 7" closer than you would be without the trukk).

Remove rokkits from slugga boyz remove big shootas from dread and add 2xDCCW. Shock attack gun have nothing to do in a tourney cause its to random add a KFF instead.

Ive actually already done that, as shown in my second revised list.

Do you have anything else?
Like, is a Battlewagon worth trying to work in here? I was thinking barebones, 120pts. x4 Big Shootas and a Kannon only.

Keep 'em coming!

Personally, I would either expand your stormboys or drop them completely. If you plan to take advantage of Zag's nifty deep strike assault special rule you will automatically lose 1-3 boys the turn they come in, then you have a 16% chance of inflicting a wound on yourself every time you use the jump packs (not taking dangerous terrain tests in to consideration) then if you lose combat and fail your lead check Zag's gonna kill another one of your boys. And that's all before taking casualties from enemy shooting! So I would either max them out or axe them completely and spring for a battlewagon.

I run mine really barebones: x2 Big Shootas, Ram, Red Paint

You don't really need 4 big shootas - you would have to be standing completely still to fire all of that, and (if you're using the GW battlewagon model anyways) they will never all have LoS on the same target. Which is why I just take the two pintle mounted ones.

Kannons - I've never used. I suppose the frag round could come in handy now and then.

The krak one - will probably never hit anything.

Max out your lootas to a unit of 15. This will make them fearless (for a time anyways), which will be imperative when they start taking fire (and they will - immediately), the extra volume of fire helps too.

I would also consider taking Kustom Mega Blastas or Rokkits for your Killa Kans - they are the only thing in your army with a ballistic skill of more than 2 - make it count!
Or if you're more concerned about anti-horde: Grotzookas - multiple blast templates are always fun.

Remove big shootas from sluggas or better remove sluggas add shootas with big shootas.

In regards to the Battlewagon, Ive actually made my own a few years ago, and (like any good mek) have just been adding and upgrading as the years went. Currently it's based on a Land Raider, with about 15 or so other tanks chopped up and added, plus all kinds of other parts. I actually have 4 big shootas rigged up along the front of it, so LOS isnt really an issue, plus the kannon is in the middle of the front (right above the land raiders old assault ramp, with two big shootas on each side). I can understand what you're sayin about the Kannon's limited usefulness, would a Zzap Gun be any better or should I just save myself 10pts and just have 4 Big Shootas and that's it? I do have 2 more Killa Kans that do have kustom mega blastas on them, I can try to drop the Storm Boyz for now, put in the 110pt Battlewagon (for the 20 sluggas to ride in) and see about squeezing in the other 2 kans....?

Actually, I just did the points. If I dropped the Storm Boyz all together, I could add a Battlewagon w/ x4 Big Shootas and 2 Killa Kans w/ Kustom MegaBlastas. This would come to 1502pts. So, Id just have to figure out where to lose 2pts......

How's this sound?

I am a fan of kannon+1-2 big shootas over 4 big shootas just because it's rare that you'll fire more than one weapon with your wagons, and the kannon krak round is one of the few long ranged S8 shots in your army - sure, it's unlikely to hit, but there's quite a difference between 'i cannot reach that wave serpent at all' and 'i have a chance at it with my kannon'.

Plus they make your tanks look like real tanks. Zap guns are very bad option now - BS2 on the tanks, and the bonus effect is terrible.

True, true. 4 big shootas are great when you're actually able to fire them all, especially if they're modeled so that they all have LoS - but typically you should be moving (unless you're wagon has a trunk full of lootas or you're playing against an army where you would need to castle up like Demons).

Really, I only take two just because they're cheap, and it makes that occasional "Weapon Destroyed" result a lot less painful.

Xyphoid does have a point about the kannons though - its better to have something that might hit help you take out enemy armor than nothing at all.

And I'll have to concur with Xyphoid again: avoid Zap guns like the plague - now that they no longer auto hit they're not worth their points.

Overall though I think your build is looking pretty good.

Thanks for your comments, guys, they've been very helpful!
Im a little bummed out about dropping the Storm Boyz as I just bought the things, lol, BUT, I think in a tourney setting, getting 20 orks into combat with minimal to no casualties will be a little more handy than Zagstruks deep strike trick. In a bigger game, with more targets to get shot and to work in conjunction with, Zagstruk's Storm Boyz, I think the squad will work, but maybe not here....
Thanks again!
Quick shooting rules question: If I move 12", I can only shoot...2 out of 4 Big Shootas and the Kannon? Or just the 2 Big Shootas? Im a little off, but Im starting to get the impression that Im limited in what can shoot, so if I can save myself another 10pts by dropping x2 of the Wagon's Big Shootas, then Ill certainly do it!

Thanks again!

I'd drop the special weapons(not the PK) from the choppa mobs they may be assault weapons but if your running that don't matter.

The place over there.

I like your list. Keep the boys in cover though, they can get wiped out really fast otherwise.
