Haha I love the Marines, and the little picture names are great :p And I love the blue on the orks face where it is quartered. It is simply beautiful.

I like the half blue faced Ork. It fits well with the Deff Skull them. I think I'll, ahem, borrow that idea. Not a big fan of the striped pants, but I think it'll fit the, they will loot anything idea.

I will have to do a gallery of my all my shoota boyz as i have tried to give most of them a different pattern.

In hindsight this will make it difficult to pick out the squad but i have a little of everything so i should cope.

I really enjoy painting the skin and the blue. I guess some of my boyz are in need of more luck then others.

Sweet striped pants. I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that someone will tell you to drill out the gun barrels. Not me though, of course.

Nice Shoota boys. As mentioned the stripes on the pants are Aces. I also like the skin tone... nice and dark green, not Goblin green as seems to be the tendency these days.

And I'm not above telling you to drill out the gun barrels, or at least give each shoota a drop of black paint where the hole should be. Attention to detail will take these Boyz from good looking to awesome.

Sorry to disapoint you green git but they are goblin green.

I use:
Orkhide Shade
Knarloc Green leaving only the recess (& a few choice lines)
Goblin green which i try to stripe like muscle tone
and finally 50/50 Goblin green + Bleach bone for fine highlights.

Oh and i will paint the gun barrels black when their all done as i dont like the drilled out look for some reason.
