I found this bargain in TK MAXX in birmingham, only £7. I know thats a lot to pay for a toy, but its so hard to get decent looking shipping containers, I reckon they'll make great scenery pieces and objectives. Especially with they whole "Khyber pass" thing going on in afghanistan/pakistan right now. Protect the trucks and supplies!

Repaint then. It looks ghasty in bright yellow plastic, but done in grey with some weathering, might look ok.

Looking good. FWIW, you could also get containers from AT-43. FFG was running a huge sale a while back, and I ordered 3 of the bunkers.... only to recieve 3 of the container packs, and THEN the bunkers. It was nice.

Ya, I just looked them up and they look good. Much more expensive than my ones though!!
I like the container logo's they've painted on them, I'll try to copy that.

Heh. TK Maxx? Here in the States it's TJ Maxx. That's pretty funny.
Nice job camoflaging the toy - I agree. Add a little rust and some more weathering to the lower half and rear and it'll look really good!
