Ok, I decided to try to paint up the orky contents of the AoBR set in as little time as possible, while maintaining a decent standard of quality. I have been timing my progress and taking pictures along the way.

I'm about an hour and 50 minutes into the project, not including drying times. I then applied a Thrakka Green wash to all the flesh. I used just one heavy wash on each nob and the warboss, but I used 2 light washes on the boys. That took 35 minutes, and I didn't remember to take pictures, but I went ahead and started on the details. I chose red as my main accent color, and painted up the boys with some scab red to start with.

Another twenty minutes and I got the red bits on the Warboss. I also got the red bits on a single nob, but I am tired and decided to call it quits for the night.
APPROXIMATE TIME SPENT PAINTING THUS FAR: 2 hours and 50 minutes

I only had time to work on my centerpiece, the warboss, for another 15 mins today before needing to leave to pick up my son from daycare.

A blood red highlight of the red areas is all I had time to get to.

TOTAL TIME SPENT PAINTING: 3 hours 5 minutes (approximate)

Another hour of painting, and the warboss is done minus the base.... Total time , 4 hours and 15 minutes.

I decided to go with a variant of the Blood Axes, and give him some urban camo garments to tie in my usual urban theme.
