Is this an anti-horde list? If so, it looks awesome! If just a general list, I would consider taking some anti-armor weaponry on those razors. All those HK missiles can be handy, but I don't put much faith in their 1-shot.

I'd take 3x10 Tactical Marines, not more.
This would give you room for another Predator and some Attack Bikes. :d

Just as a note razorbacks can't carry a full tactical squad. Their transport capacity is 6 models.

Yes that is true but remember now space marines can now split 10 man squads into 2 / 5 man squads and now the razor back can carry them.

You have alot of wasted/misused points in this list
-HK missiles
-Combi-weps on guys with PWs
-taking a LRR over a LRC
- might want to take at least 1 rhino over a razorback
HK missiles are really just a waste, 1 shot weps just suck for the points.
If you want to give a guy a combi, give him a PF. He no longer has a bolt pistol so you are missing out on extra attacks. Drop the Combi weps on guys w/ PWs and give a melta to the flamer marine.
Spend the points to take a LRC w/ extra armor AND a MM. The crusader can move 12" and fire 1 hurricane bolter (its S4 so it counts as a defensive wep)+ the MM or assault cannon.
I prefer having a few rhinos over razorbacks just because in objective based games becase I can hide an entire squad inside of the rhino so they cant get assaulted/shot at while they camp an objective/move accross the board. Plus I just feel killing 5 marines is just to easy.

It's really silly that squads can take transports that are too small for themselves - some of the older codices specified that you could not do this (3rd ed sisters comes to mind), shame they didn't make it a universal rule.
