I just started in with 40k ~2 months ago when a buddy gave me to the Orkz half of his AoBR, and I'm just loving all aspects of it. I recently finished painting the AoBR, and picked up a Nobz squad, and after reading several threads I decided I wanted a Painboy, and was up for a simple conversion challenge.
Mod with just a little greenstuff.
'Urty Syringe reads 'MEDSIN' on the side
I love reading through these forums, and wanted to contribute a little content back. Any comments are welcome!

The amount of parts you get in the nobz box is amazing 
kinda annoyed though that you get 2 kombi rokkitz but only 1 kombi skorcha :(
other than that though there is plenty of parts.
