Subject: My youtube stuff! (mostly AMVs , but have Terminator! )
Here is the collection of AMVs i made when i discovered windows movie maker and youtube!
AMV is like music videos of movies . I take clips out of movies / animes i like and time it into a song or BGM
Would appreciate some views / comments ! im making one for DoW2 , (waiting for the price of it to go down)
but i finish the story board already so just matter of choosing / frapping the clips!
This one Seems to be the most popular / well liked one . ( i must say i love it myself )
One of my first AMVs , the lyric subtitle at the middle timming is way off (but the clips timing was the goal at that time!)
Terminator 3 ending part , different clips + different version of song ( no John Conner speaking )
My attempt to mix English song and Japanese song together. sort of fell apart towards the end -_- (turn volume down alittle )
Tribute to one of the greatest animator in all time (2nd to Walt Disney)
And then my audio surf ( a mp3 game lol ... you can tell my attention span is so short , fell apart towards the end )

It doesn't crash. You CAN just use Ctrl-Alt-Delete.

Have you played it yet? It is a really fun game, but my comp cant handle it, damn cheap graphics cards. My friend plays quite a bit, and I got to play a bit here and there. The screenshots you can get are really quite amazing.
In terms of your videos I would avoid making the intensely curly and moving words, I just cant catch most of what is said. The speed was an issue with the terminator more than anything else, but you should be careful how fast you present the words. To be honest, I am still not sure what I was watching in some of those videos though, I lost track of what was going on pretty quickly.

Yes i played the demo. I hated it if i tried to compare it with other RTS games. but if i force myself to look at it as squad based instead of army based , i can enjoy it .

Why didn't you like DoW2? Were you a fan of the first one? I think it has much more potential than most of the other dribble coming out nowadays, Diablo 3 aside I see very little making me interested in computer games anymore.

I loved the first one , it was army vs army without the need to micro manage the units.
in DOW2 giving the units too many special skills , telling them which way to face is too much micro management if i wanted to field as many unit as i had in dow1
Though maybe they should implement an option on the units auto using their special abilities when the cool down is up.

I thought it was a lot of fun, but games like that take a long time to balance, relic seems to be doing an outstanding job of it though. It is a twitch game, you just need to be focused on the game. I used to play a lot of RTS, but I could never understand a lot of the other players, I like to win, but geez...
I also play Dota: WC3, pretty fun stuff, but the climate is just too imbalanced. Damn RTS nerds, learn to make some room!!! I have never been a fan of the copies of Warcraft 2, although starcraft was pretty fun; I can understand how cool it would be to see your army running around live action though. The fact that Eldar have nothing but dumb platforms and some spiders kinda turned me off from the game at first. The Wraithlord look super cool when they get into melee, not sure I buy how they move though. Carnifexes look great, probably one of the coolest looking units in the game, make sure to get lots o' shots with carnies going to town on tactical marines, it is quite funny.
Looking forward to seeing more stuff Lunahound, don't hesitate to put some of this into the thread I made earlier.
Oh, Dune 2000 or whatever it was called really captivated me for a while, I was a big fan of the worms jumping out and eating stuff .

I think it is a nice song, but it disturbs me... not too sure why, but I think it is that vibrating in the voice... like a mosquito or something. It sounds like a Lullaby... but it has a bunch of sharp stuff attached to it... like listening to a hippy sound like a hippy on a guitar.
I think adjusting the sound levels (taking the edge off of the voice) would make it a bit more soothing.
