I had an extra sm termie from my AOBR, and wanted to try my hand at sculpting. My green-fu is weak as I am just begining, and I'm using the gw sculpty.
Here is what I have so far. I took the legs and back torso, and added a chaos champion front.
Next I got my left gun arm parts sorted. I'm using the plasma cannon from the aobr dread, as I will be converting him later with 2 ccw.
And now here he is so far with some rough sculpty done to the arm. I'm going to be detailing the flesh much more, I'm just getting the rough musculature in. I also wanted to give him a funky head, and I've been wanting to use the spore for a chaos head ever since I first started with my first set of macragge.
I'm definitely looking for any tips and suggestions. Like I said this is my first attempt at sculpting, and I'm pretty much learning as I go.

Finally got my hands on some GS and started work on this guy again...
Just got motivated finally to finish this guy, trying to improve my gs skillz.

But I can see whats going on now lol.
Its easier to see whats going on in the 2nd pictures.

I used a really old metal obliterators right arm as my tank busta nob's right arm, attached at the elbow and made the bicep and shoulder out of green stuff. Isn't anything amazing, but he looks like a big huge tank now lol.

I hear you, I'm not 100% satisfied with that arm, but on the other hand you have to think about what oblits are and I wanted to capture a more out of control mutation in process.

Agreed.  Although, I think I'd make the feet bigger since the upper body is so massive, (we're talking about oblits so thats a good thing  ) by making it more like the feet on the Chaos Raptor models, or even GSing some tentacles/daemonic flesh on the feet.
