A very smart colour choice, I can't tell from the photos but the second one looks abit like the black undercoat is showing through the blue in areas? You may need a second coat.

Inks / washs ?

No washes by the looks of it, just base coated chaos black. With maybe one or two coats of blue over it.

Looks alright, it should look good when it's finished.

A good colour choice, although the first image looks like Shadow Grey rather than Ultramarines Blue, but it might be the lighting in the image.

Ya sorry I didnt have good light and those are only the first 2 layers of blue and i did it in 30 min so i worked on it today and will post pics later today

just out of curiousity, is the lightsource on your pics an LG phone camera LED light? i have one and it makes the dark pics look like that.
