I like it overall, but i'm not a fan of how the shield kinda just hangs in the air.

This is as good as the Termis you posted the other day! I'm going to say I agree about the shield. Is it suppose to be hanging by the cable on his arm?

Pyriel, would it be correct if I said: Looks like the majority of the model is NMM, so I'd guess that the staff was done similary. Probably with shades of brown to yellow?

Yeah, people keep saying that.
Well, since the libby is doing magic with his hand he kinda needed to drop the shield for a second there, how else is he supposed to cast lightning or something (hey its GWs hands-free mini, not my idea).
Thus, instead of carving up metal parts I did a lazy thing and simply had him let go of the shield in order to do his magic and this the shield had to go somewhere.
Dropping it to the groung would be kinda stupid so I figured a dropped shield kinda has to still hang on with power cables and so I sculpted that up.

Might look geeky, might not, I didnt have the time to invent a third arm for him since he is:
A: Holding a shield.
B: Holding a force staff.
C: Doing sorcerous stuff with a free hand.

Those were simply the cards I was dealt.

The staff gold was snakebite + black -> highlited with yellow and white (better example is seen on the techmarine flame muzzle).
It might contain dark yellow in the mix,

The staff I have no idea how I painted as I always just mix up something new every time I paint stuff but I think it was the same as the gold but with purple thrown in also.

Listen, my children, as I pass onto you the truth behind Willy Wonka and his factory. For every wonka bar ever created in existance, Mr. Wonka sacraficed a single Oompa Loompa to the god of chocolate, Hearshys. Then, he drank the blood of the fallen orange men because he fed them a constant supply of sugary chocolate so they all became diabetic and had creamy, sweet-tasting blood that willy could put into each and every Wonka bar. That is the REAL story behind willy wonka's Slaughter House!

Very nice job, I don't really like the yellw/black cords. They seem kind of out of place.

How the hell do you get the colors to not only blend so well, but be so vibrant at the same time? Thats a trick I wouldnt mind getting ahold of
