Ok so i tried to build an ork amry on foot... and i am giving up on that. Next up is a Mek Ork List. My Main Opponent is my Bro he plays an Anti-Horde SM army, so any advice on facing him will help (His army list is posted below mine ). as always C&C are welcomed.

My Plan: HQ and Burnas go in BW, BW and 3 trukks run straight at them. Deffkoptas trys to take out any tank they can.

Don't forget the Tau and 'crons you will likely face as second and third most often.

Much more my style of list... I run something similar, minus the burnas.
Those stormboyz you have would be a decent addition at higher points as well.

I don't rate red paint, but a lot of ork players swear by it. I'd personally swap it for rams... with that many vehicles you're bound to hit cover with a few, and tank shocking is always nice.

Yeah always make room for at least rams. I am a supporter or red paint, in a game of inches you fall just 1" short more often then you think. Never been a fan of buzzsaws on a suicide unit but YMMV. Overall I like it, you have a cohesive idea with minimal bloat. Aside from personal preference there isn't much I could advise. Good show, and kudos for going wild and throwing 15 burnas in a small list, should be fun. My advice for expanding will be a 2nd BW, above 1000pts redundancy will be key!
