Some of the pics are a bit blurry, so it's hard to see every little detail, but they look pretty good, in general. A few quick points of criticism that I think could improve the lot:

1) That nazgul is about to topple over! From the looks of it, the sculpt already has the horse rearing at a pretty steep angle. I like the idea of the basing, but perhaps you might try remounting it so that the plane of the rear hooves are parallel to the table and the sword is pointing straight up. I think it'd look far more natural and balanced.

2) The highlights on the pants of the AoBR warboss are a bit extreme and the two browns don't blend very well. I might try a more intermediate color for the highlight or perhaps a brown wash to try and tie the two existing together.

3) The ork weapons look like big silver blobs (with occasional spots of subtle rust that I really like ). It looks like you gave a black wash to the IG weapons, so why not giving the lads' gunz a bit of love? Doesn't have to be anything extreme, but comparing the slugga or choppa of the nob with the guardsman's flamer... they seem lacking. I think a quick black wash would do wonders.

4) I might change the green you have in the camo pants to a darker shade than the one you're using for your main skin tone. Makes it hard to tell if your orks are Blood Axes or just have really crappy tailors. While ripped pants aren't un-orky, the confusion detracts from the effect of the camo, if that's the look you really want to go for.

That's about all my addled little brain can come up with, right now. As I see it, you've got figures I'd be happy to play against any day. With a little fine-tuning, I think you could bring them up an extra awesome-notch. Follow or disregard my advice as you see fit.

thanks for the advice, oady...I've already given the ork weapons a badab black wash, but now that you say it it's kinda hard to see..
