camera isnt working well so i could only get one picture...
This is one of my Marines from a CSM army devoted to Tzeentch.
Base coat of Mordian Blue with an Azure Blue wash and Scorpion green for detail...what do you think?

Simple but striking from what I can make out from that pic. Will comment more if you can get better closeup pics some time. The colors do work well for tzeentch army though.

Thanks...ya trying to get the camera to work...all the guys are painted similarly i just have to finish a pred and my defiler

Looks good for a start. Some highlights of Ultramarine blue and skull white should really make it pop.

welll XD im still a novice painter (as you can prolly tell)...how would one go about highlighting? do you just dry brush it over spots that need the highlight?

I kinda like the paint scheme myself.

Although the green and blue have a hint of Buzz Lightyear to it.

I'm glad to see someone using a Paint scheme for Tzeentch marines that isn't Thousand Suns Blue and Gold.

I thought that first picture was from the DoW game, until I realized the figure was on a base.

I like the paint scheme, though.

thats what i was aiming for. i like the thousand suns, but its just so commonly overused and i wanted simething a lil different

...oh and i def will add action buttons with power phrases such as "to infinity, and the eye of terror"...not quite as catchy is it? >.<

I wouldn't recommend highlighting your edges on space marines with dry brushing.

I would use a fine tip brush and apply a lighter color on the edges, applying more highlight color to the most pronounced edges.

mmmkay, so i just got my thousand suns in the mail today and was wondering, should i stick with this scheme for them or do the thousand sons scheme for them?
