I have a few questions I need help with. First is there such a thing as twin linked rocket pods? I was wanting to mount dual multi rocket pods under each wing of my Valkyrie. I understand it doesnt give me any more shots just a re roll of mised shots. Also the Hellstrike and Hellfury missles say one shot so I am assumeing they are used like a hunter killer missle. So if its possible to twin link these also it would allow a re roll of a missed shot. Now is it legal to twin link these missles as well? Any imput on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

They are what they are.

Having multiple individual weapons fired together does not make them twin linked ( no point anyways )

In the IG rules there is no way to make the weapons twinlinked, they are either single shot or twin linked when you buy them.

Eah missle fires seperately. Also, I'm pretty sure that each rocket pod fires seperately(like sponsons on a russ).

The only twin linked option for a valkerie is to turn it into a vendetta, which gives it 3 twin linked lascannons.

When you upgrade the Valk to Multiple Rocket Pods, you are buying 2 weapons, you are getting "two multiple rocket pods" for the points you pay. Since it comes as two weapons, then they are not twin linked. Vehicles are the exception to many of the weapons that if you have 2 of the same they are considered twin linked. The 2 is better anyway, no point in rerolling, you have a second shot. This allows you the chance to hit both anyway.

I personally LOVE these things. I always give my Valk this upgrade, they do wonders in taking out infantry of any sort.

I'd have to agree with you on the rocket pods. They have worked miracles on any army. Even space marines, as its like shooting a bunch of bolters at them.
