Well, I'd down grade the Librarian to become a Codicier.
This would give you room to replace the Bikers with 2 Dakka Preds.

throw in three predators.

autocanno hb preds are 85 so 255

Drop those silly powerswords that will make only the difference in a fight that you want to lose anyway.

Throw in two land speeder typhoons. squadron or not. your choice. I don't remember the points on those(70-80?) but you should have points left and if you dont you can drop the combi melta on the librarian(who should use null zone and gate BTW)

Not the best marine list but still not bad.

Combat squad the tacticals leaving the missile launchers and 4 base marines on foot.

These sit in your deployment with the Predators and the typhoons giving you 8 missile launcher shots a turn
6 autocannon shots, 18 heavy bolter shots

Your four rhinos advance right away any shove meltas and rapid firing sternguard down his throat. If he retreats, he take missiles and autocannons, and if he advances..Well theres a wall of 14 melta shots there.

Dont bother assaulting unless your fighting tau, and some times necrons. No other exceptions just shoot
shoot shoot.

For kill point games Don't combat Squad and just hang back in cover.

If you absolutley MUST assault something non-tau break pedro off the unit and charge, at least then you dont lose all your bolter-badassery.

Epistolary is to expensive, loose the combi-melta and keep the Bolt Pistol so you can get that extra Force weapon attack

Solid picks. Dont let people tell you take powerfist instead I have been having just as much success saving the extra 10 points and using power weapons.

Another solid pick I like drop podding Sternguard personally but the amount of Rhino your fielding this should work

This squad I don't like they are gunna get eaten up fast either go with a couple attack bikes or a full squad of Regular bikes with the attack bike.

So overall suggestion is drop the Epistolary and the 3 bikes and take either 3 multi-melta attack bikes or two Land Speeders with MM/HF
