No idea how to spend the last 9 points. Yea its light on troops, they never get out, its mech eldar, thats the idea. even 10 man squads die incredibly easy (ive tried min and max squads, I just never get the points back, they die the second they get out)

Well 9 points is hard to spend in an eldar list. Singing spear on the seer and stalker on the scorpions? I think that's 8 pts, I may be off.

You only have one reliable anti tank unit, the fire dragons and they last just as long as avengers. You have no ranged anti tank, really. The prisms can be used but if they scatter then your in trouble.

Personally I'd put brightlances on the scorpions ride. Why? You can pop a transport and then assault the survivors with the scorpions.

Shuri cannons all round on the fire dragons ride would be good, they can do reserve to the scorpions, pop a transport and the serpent gun down the survivors.

yea....BL are pricey option tho, mass S6 usually works for me, and prisms in a pinch

What are you going to do when a land raider rolls up and your fire dragons are dead? Lances are expensive but they can crack armour and tackle monstrous creatures. S6 scatter lasers or shuri cannons do not scare av 14 at all nor monstrous creatures.

Well, I don't like minimal DA units.
Their damage output is quite high if you max them out and give them blade storm.

No they dont.

I would drop yriel and downgrade the scorpion serpent to a plain Cannons+ stones serpent. That gives you enough pts for another serpent mounted Dragon squad. I would also upgrade the Falcon to a BL falcon by droping the shuriken cannon.
