well its been a few months but here is my update work for my ship. its a count as laser defense unit for apoc games. CC are very welcomed.

That's a brilliant WIP. You could add some Auto-cannon Interceptor guns as AA guns.

Ambitious and great idea. I'd definitely suggest some multilaser AA batteries. Maybe set up a mini diorama on deck with a group of techpriest administering some rites to part of the machine spirit.

I can see a lot of potential here.

I agree with the votes for some sort of AA batteries as well as some crew/techpriests on the decks.

Now good sir that is awesome, it truly represents the might of the imperium, now i suggest adding a realy big gun, also what other weopenry you gonna add.

it will have a singel cannon D strength, 8 twin linked heavy bolters and 2 twin linked autocannons, pretty much one hydra on two mounts instea of a single quad mount

ZOMG, that is awsome, i never really thought of sea based ships in 40k. looks good

its now got its laser defense cannon and one of the 2 twin linked anti aircraft autocannons

truely an inspired work! have you come up with stats for it, or is it just mainly a show piece?

i havent narrowed down a crew yet. i am building it to be the "count as" Laser defense building in the GW apoc datasheets.

i think if you're going with GW models, i'd use the figures from the IG vehicle sprue.

Looking really nice, like I said, love the officer more than the ship X3. By the way, spotted the Harry potter series in the background...
