The marine could use highlights, and I don't know if you were aiming for a dirty paintjob or anything, but I still see some black through the blue, or at least the blue doesn't look like a solid color.

Ok, 2 things.. hilights. and the drybrushing looks "furry". I'd add a light wash of a similar color over the mini to pull it together.

If you put a wash of Devlan Mud or Badab Black on the metal it will make the metal look tons better.

Also the basing is a bit off for me. You paint the model, why don't you paint the base? The unpainted sand really sticks out.

Other than that they look good to go for the tabletop. Just keep at it and you will improve with time.

My highlights were terrible. I couldn't get the ultramarine blue to blend into the dark base coat blue. It looked like racing stripes to me. So, I washed everything with the blue in the wash set.

I did wash the metal with Badab Black. Maybe I should do it again then re-highlight with silver?

Wash the metal with devlan mud, and highlight it afterwards. Also, scrape off the rocks glued to his foot
Other than that, just make him nice and clean, and practice highlighting. Don't expect your highlighting to look good immediately, it takes practice.

My army is better than a bear- It's like a bear times two.

You shouldn't do so much dry brushing it's fast but not as good. I agree with big_d a wash would make the metal look so much better but it's still a really good job
