They look really nice man, but the only comment i would like to make is you should thin your paints some so as not to obscur detail etc. But other than that Nice start!

looks good buddy! may I suggest an ink wash of some kind, like a devlin mud or even blue. It will add a ton of depth and bring out the hidden details that would make your army even better. WARNING... try it on a test model before washing your already done minis. I would hate to see you ruin any of the ones you have already done!!

Looks like a great start! Like the colours but I agree with icelord and madmarty, thinpaints and an inkwash will do amazing things for your models it certainly has for mine. I'm sure you have already thought of it but basing will be what really reinforces your snow theme and Dakka will have a tutorial somewhere for snowy bases, hell ask any space wolvespainter and they will tell you how to do them

Good start, but agree with the other comments. Thin your paints, and add a wash- it'll take your paintjobs to the next level!
