I would switch the knights and the rooks, rooks are meant to be slow but powerfull whereas knights are meant to be very manueverable... perhaps a better list would be
King - Ghazghkull
Queen - Old Zogwort
Bishop - Zagstruk and Snikrot
Knight - Stormboys (manuverable)
Rook - Nob Bikers (only moves in a straight line)
Pawns - Boyz
