I'm starting to pick up my IG army. Could use some help on highlighting and colorscheme choices.

This is thescheme I'll be going with;

Jacket;
Catachan Green basecoat, 1:1 Catachan Green/Goblin Green highlights
Pants;
Scorched Brown basecoat, Highlight???
Armor;
Graveyard earth basecoat, Desert Yellow highlights

Looks good, a little too clean for my tastes..

I like to throw on a wash of Devlan Mud on the armor to give it a good weathered look but still keep the light color.

For the Scorched Brown, try highlighting with a 2:1 scorched brown/Bestial brown, then maybe a 1:1 Scorched/Bestial on the very tips of the ends.

I think the different colour pants is a bit weird, not so much for the fact that it is different but more of the choice of color.
I think you would be better off using the green on all the clothes.
And surely a freehand chaos symbol or two wouldn't hurt
