Are store managers usually okay with totally green-stuffed models that look nothing like a typical GW product? In this case I have a strange desire to sculpt a Dalek counts-as-Necrons army... but I'd rather not if I only get to play it infrequently outside of the store. Thanks!

Riddle me this: what has four sides, moves twelve inches, and moved fourteen?

I have a Dalek Counts as necrons army!!

Citadel put out daleks on 2 separate occasions, so they are legal in all GW locations!

Hold on a sec and I will find some links to the models.

Here is a link to the Fasfa ones, they are all metal and are slightly easier to find.

The other source is from this box set:

It contains 4 (?) sprues with 2 daleks and 2 Cybermen. I will try to get a shot of some of my spares since they seem to be absent on the interweb.

I used to have a set but it vanished many years ago. I think they came out in the late 80s.

If you don't mind using non-GW models, Black Tree Design do some Daleks.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

LOL, I've been thinking about doing exactly that myself

Apologies for talking positively about games I enjoy.

Depends on the store... some are laid back, others really tow the company line.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.

I would ask them first and show them some of your minis. If it is only a few and its a veterans night then I would expect them to be okay with it

The situation can change depending who is manning the store and what is on at the time. Don't turn up expecting to play as refusal may offend!
