So I decided to try my luck at making The Parasite of Mortrex.

I used the body from the old metal Ravener, a left over warrior head, the wings came from a Possessed CSM, and the talons are left overs from the trygon/mawloc kit.

I think I went to big using the talons from the trygon kit, they look a little disproportionate to me. I also wasn't very happy with the greystuff, it did not harden very well after 24 hours. I still need to smooth out some of the greystuff.

Anyways let me know what you guys think and maybe some suggestions on what I can do to improve it.

Looks cool, for the GS, use some jewelers files if you have a set.

Greystuff stays sort of flexible, if you're expecting it to harden to the same level as the plastic on the minis- its probly not gonna happen. But- its more consistant and easier to shape than greenstuff is- the grey is a better learning material

Looks good though, way better than my first conversion.

Dont worry too much abotu the claws- 40k is all about oversized weapons
