Hey guys. I was given some random inspiration today and thought to myself, I wonder if its possible to make a deff dread look more like an ork. Surprisingly enough most of the parts from this are from AoBr. So here is what I have so far. Let me know what you think

Looks good beside the fact that appears to me as if it has two heads.

While put together well - I couldn't find any obvious "this doesn't look like it'll work" spots - I can't get over how damn BUSY the model is...

This looks really good. I like that it looks like one complete peice instead of many peices put together. You may want to consider adding more to the bottom of the legs, especially in the back, because they look a little too skiny to be able to hold up the rest. Other than that this piece looks incredible. Looking forward to seeing it painted.

That's my fault. I didn't have the terminology coined correctly for the post.
I still have some more work to do as I just started this today. I had the same concern that it would look a little too busy and that the chest plate with the head might look over the top but my army is themed around skulls so I went for it. When I get around to painting it I plan to color it to focus on focal points while blending in the rest of the armor. I hope to have it completed and primed by tomorrow so I'll kept the post updated.

Looks fantastic but I think unpainted, it does look quite busy, with some paint to pick out the details, it'll look even better.

Hmmm, it appears as though there is a grot hiding behind the bottom head and is firing the the gunz whilst the Ork on top walks the dread and slaps people with the klawz!

Looks kinda weired and stiff >_>

Ok, so it's still not finished but I thought I'd post my progress.

I primed with black, then I dry brushed everything in vallejo beasty brown. For my second coat I dry brushed brassy brass. I then used cold grey on all the alternating pieces of metal, followed by a second coat of gunmetal metal over the gray. After painting the head and skulls, I put on a thick coat of devlan mud over every inch of the model and that is all I have done at the moment.
One thing I don't like about the model is that it feels very static so I am working on a base that will hopefully give it a more lively feel.
